“Dear Tomorrow,
I hope you can let go of the heaviness that keeps you tied to yesterday. Forgiveness is a decision to live lightly, to take steps forward without the chains of resentment or regret. We may hold on because we believe it will keep us safe, but the real safety comes when we release.
Forgiveness does not say, ‘It’s okay that I was hurt.’ It says, ‘I won’t let this hurt take more of me.’ I hope one day you’ll feel the weight lift, that you’ll trust yourself to move forward without carrying what no longer serves you. In that way, each step you take will be free.
Humanity has two options: to create a world where all people and creatures can thrive or to succumb to the darker path where self-interest prevails. Leora hopes that those who read her letters will be inspired to make choices that enrich rather than deplete the world. “Planet B” is not a physical exile but a self-imposed isolation from peace and unity. Everyone ultimately has the power to create a different world, if they choose compassion.
“Dear Tomorrow,
As I write this last letter, I feel more connected to you than ever before. I have no idea what you’ll bring, but I trust that you will be better because of the love we’re trying to leave behind. May you always remember that the beauty of life is in connection, in shared burdens, and in helping each other carry the weight.
Remember that the smallest acts of kindness create ripples that go farther than we’ll ever know. Build bridges, seek understanding, and don’t fear vulnerability. These are the gifts we give ourselves. And for every heart you touch, may you inspire one more to carry that light forward.
With all my love,
Leora
